A multiplex PCR capable of detecting simultaneously porcine circoviruses type 1 and 2 (PCV1 and PCV2), porcine parvovirus (PPV) and pseudorabies virus (PRV) was designed and is proposed as a new tool for the routine molecular diagnosis.
