LDA 22: la rigueur en partage [laboratories of development and analysis of the Côtes d'Armor (Brittany, France): a team of experts at your service].

The laboratories of development and analysis of the Côtes d'Armor (LDA 22) is an actual partner of the pig sector in Brittany: one third of their animal health activities have to do with pig production. Two departments (veterinary diagnosis and immunology-virology), which staff consists of veterinarians, engineers and technicians, are in charge of the analyses, which are carried out in modern facilities (including a level-three lab), with up-to-date tools and analysis techniques. The LDA 22 represent a valuable partner for pig professionals and provide them with reliable information in order to establish a diagnosis, keeping the deadlines either for routine or emergency procedures. The LDA 22 has now become a reference in several sectors: analyses regarding veterinary medicine, qualification of the herds (sanitary status), research in the veterinary field, source of information and training for pig professionals.
