Development of a quantification method to specific Anti-ORF2 antibody using a blocking ELISA

The purpose of this study was to create a quantitative serum antibody test, able to detect anti-ORF2 antibodies against PCV2 in pigs, and based on a blocking ELISA. This new method proved to be efficient in terms of linearity and robustness and represents a good alternative to seroneutralising tests.
