In compliance with the Ontario Farm Products Marketing Commission’s (OFPMC) decision of October 6, 2008, Ontario Pork has developed and submitted both its governance model and its preliminary implementation plan for change to the OFPMC. At this time the Board of Directors has passed a motion that Ontario Pork will not proceed with -finalizing the implementation plan until such time that the Agriculture, Food and Rural A‑airs Tribunal (“Tribunal”) defines the limits of the stay.
