Since it launched in 2006, Open Farm Sunday has attracted nearly one million visitors on to farms to discover where their food comes from and appreciate the vital role farmers play in caring for the countryside. This has established the event as the annual open day for the food and farming industry.
For this year's campaign, extra focus will be given to sustainable farming, providing a platform for farmers to demonstrate the work they do to enrich the environment and manage natural resources whilst producing our food.
