Garth Partnership prides itself on the level of service it provides to its customers but is constantly striving to improve on these high standards. We will continue to add to our services and whilst all ideas don't suit all farms we will create bespoke solutions where necessary. Our team approach is customer based and all members of the Garth team can be approached on any issues.

Neville Kingston MVBHons CertPM MRCVS
Neville's main interest is the implementation of health schemes on pig units in relation to their economic performance and the cost effective use of medicines on farms.

Paul Thompson BA VetMB MRCVS
Paul has many years of experience in all aspects of pig production. Paul also runs the Garth Veterinary Practice which services small animals, horses and general farm work and also specifically provides Veterinary backup to the Garth Partnership for emergency and routine pig visits.

Guy Wade West BVetMed CertPM MRCVS
Guy has focused on pig production medicine for 15 years, the last 5 based in Yorkshire. His interests include performance analysis and monitoring, outdoor systems and disease eradication programs.

Janet Owen BVetMed DPM MRCVS
Janet is a RCVS specialist in Pig Medicine and joined the Garth team over 5 years ago. She has extensive experience of pig diseases and production in the UK. and Europe. She is mainly involved in setting up and running health monitoring programs and all advisory services to indoor and outdoor pig producers.

Duncan Berkshire MA VetMB MSc CertPM MRCVS
Duncan joined the team in 2004 after qualifying from Cambridge and he currently carries out individual herd investigations and advisory visits. He has continued his studies in practice while taking his pig medicine qualifications, and has a particular interest in reproductive physiology. When not based on unit, he enjoys giving talks, singing and hurtling around on his skis.

John runs INTEGRA VETERINARY SERVICES in East Anglia and has a wealth of experience of both indoor and outdoor pig production. He is heavily involved in the implementation of preventative medicine programs on farms.

Angela has worked for Garth for 15 years, the last 5 years as Group Manager. Angela is responsible for the management of the partnership and pharmacy. She is AMTRA SQP and Thomas International trained

Ian Carroll BSc (Ag)
Ian left Agricultural College with a BSc (Ag) and was employed as unit manager for a large farming company in East Yorkshire. Latterly he has worked for two major pharmaceutical companies in specialist pig roles and brings a unique insight into the workings of that industry. He promotes client management and new business.

Customer Services
You have met the vets/partners now meet the rest of our team who are vital components in making it all work.
Rachel, Christine, Zoe and Helen work in the main office at Garth Partnership. Rachel is PA to Paul, Guy, Duncan, Ian and Gemma; Christine is PA to Angela, Neville, Ian and Janet. Zoe and Helen assist the vets, as well as dealing with prescription requests and telephone duties.
Jan and Elaine run our dispensary and Pharmacy service, enabling quick throughput of drug orders via our dedicated line 01262 488724. Ian then ensures on farm delivery of these orders using our van delivery service.
Jane and Ann work in accounts and deal with all monthly invoicing for the Partnership and Integra. Our personnel manager is Joyce, who also helps with the organisation of exports. Finally, Dave and Irene ensure our facilities and vehicles back at Beeford are kept up to date.
