Pig Production Training Ltd (PPT)
was established in 1995 by international pig consultants Bernard
Peet and Mick Evans.
PPT has
developed a unique integrated training system for staff at all levels from the
stock person to senior management.
Our system combines on-farm
and classroom-based training programs which improve confidence and motivation while
creating greater staff commitment to the overall production and business objectives.
Our key objective is to
help pig production companies capitalize on people as the most
important resource in achieving high productivity and profitability.
The
PPT training system is currently being used by production companies, veterinary groups
and independent producers for more than 100,000 sows in Canada, the
USA and in Europe.
We use participative training
techniques which help people learn more quickly, retain more information and gain a
clearer understanding of the processes in which they are involved.
PPT works closely with its customers through a network of Distributors
and Master Trainers to ensure a successful outcome
and maximum impact on the bottom line.
