Default sores on pigs

I have a litter of 9 week old pigs that have sores on them, which look like purple blood spots. They started out looking like a mange or mites,so gave them Ivomec in the diet accirding to specifications. This didn't work,so I sprayed the pigs with a hog mange cure. This seemed to have the problem uner control but after 12 days the sores were back, so I sprayed again as the directions were to spray again after 2 weeks.I have seen mange and mites before, but never with sores as large as quarters. I thought that maybe the problem could have been erysepalas, even though the pigs were vaccinated, so I gave them pennicillian for three days. Other the the sores the pigs are normal. I am thinking that maybe I have mineral deficiency of some sort even though I mix my own feeds very carefully using premix from a reputable firm. After all of that, is ther anyone who may have a suggestion to what this problem might be.I would appreciate you help. Thanks John Crispino
