Production Manager Wanted

The largest Russian pig-breeding company requires Production manager.

Responsibilities:

• management, control, analysis of all stages of pig-breeding production;
• increase of efficiency and productivity of production;
• diagnose and correction of production problems;
• development and "know-how" improvement;
• coordination of nutrition schemes;
• participation in budgeting, controlling of budget realization;
• training of farm managers, supervising of farm personnel;
• drawing up of required production reports.

Requirements:

• operational experience in livestock production on similar position;
• excellent knowledge of pig-breeding technologies;
• ability to work in a command;
• fluent English or Russian.
