ACMC Launches New Website
UK - Rapidly-growing international pig-breeding company ACMC Ltd, based in the UK, has established a new website: http://www.acmc.co.uk.
The site, designed to be user friendly, has sections on all aspects of the company's business including products and services, breeding programme, genetics, health, production systems, AI and its special PigCom windows-compatible computerised recording and management system.
The company's highly-prolific AC1 parent gilt has created great interest from around the word. Developed from genes originally imported into the UK from Asia in the form of the Chinese Meishan, commercial farmers have shown it can produce a pig a litter more than conventional breeds.
"We are receiving an increasing number of enquiries from overseas and, as a result, have explained our 'Breeding Hub' system - which enables pigs to be tailored to different market requirements - in 21 different languages," commented Stephen Curtis, ACMC's chairman.
