Print This Page Soybeans, grains retreat
US - Soybean futures declined Tuesday on the Chicago Board of Trade, while grain futures finished mostly lower.Wheat for July delivery fell 4 cents to $3.69 3/4 a bushel; July corn fell 4 1/4 cents to $2.43 1/4 a bushel; July oats rose 1/2 cent to $1.95 1/4 a bushel; July soybeans fell 4 1/4 cents to $5.95 3/4 a bushel.
Beef and pork futures increased on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.
August live cattle rose .45 cent to 79.07 cents a pound; August feeder cattle rose .57 cent to $1.088 a pound; July lean hogs rose 2.28 cents a pound; July pork bellies rose 1.02 cent to 88.35 cents a pound.
