JOB SUMMARY:
The successful candidates will undergo practical training, on farms and within different areas of the business, before progressing in a permanent position.
The positions will be based in Belgorod with travel within Russia as required.
Responsibility:
- Working at farm level to learn all aspects of pig management and in other area of pig deliveries and movements
- Participation in specific projects initiated by the company
- Educated to university level - in either agriculture, veterinary science, animal science, management
- A native Russian speaker who is fluent in English, other languages an advantage
- Agricultural experience working at farm level, especially pig production knowledge, a distinct advantage
- Positive attitude, ability to work in a team, a desire to learn quickly and take responsibility within the company,
- An ambition to progress to a career as the business develops
- Flexibility and ability to travel both within Russia and occasionally overseas as necessary.
