Porkwatch results for September 2006
UK - A slight fall in the amount of British facings of fresh pork is apparent, with 76% of packs on display being home-produced. Whilst this is not as low as the figure recorded by Porkwatch in May this year it is disappointing after July’s Porkwatch phase reported a recovery to 80%.
