Affected population A farm consisting of 140 fattening pigs. On 5 January 2007, the owner noticed clinical signs of constipation, inappetence and apathy. 7 pigs died from 7 to 11 January 2007. Samples were taken and sent to the Croatian Veterinary Institute for analysis.
