Czech pig breeders protest foreign pork imports

Prague - Some 200 Czech pig farmers gathered Monday at the Dolni Dvoriste/Wullowitz border crossing to Austria in order to protest imports of pork to the Czech Republic.

The protest was sparked by a recent decision of Interspar supermarket chain to bring pork to its Czech stores from Austria.
