Professional register will raise profile, profits and pride in GB pigs
UK - The pig industry professional register (PIPR) has been officially launched. The register already has 50 paid up members, but the drive is on to encourage every one involved in GB pigs to sign up and raise professionalism throughout the business. Speaking at the launch Richard Longthorp, chairman of the pig industry training strategy implementation group, said theory now need to be put into practice.
