New processing line for PPC Linley Valley Fresh
AUSTRALIA - Meat processor PPC Linley Valley Fresh has officially opened its new $4 million pork boning line at its Wooroloo plant in Western Australia. |
This new pork boning line is yet another example of the Craig Mostyn Group's commitment to producing high quality products," said WA Minister for Agriculture and Food, Kim Chance. (Craig Mostyn Group is PPC’s parent company).
"In the globally competitive marketplace for food and agricultural produce, this type of forward thinking and attention to meeting the demands of customers will be critical if WA companies are to maintain their hard-earned export successes against strong international competition.
"The establishment of this new pork boning line, which incorporates best practice techniques and the latest pig processing technologies, is another step in ensuring the WA pork processing sector is internationally competitive," he added.
