Print This Page New Managing Director of Rakvere Lihakombinaat
FINLAND - Anne Mere has been appointed managing director of AS Rakvere Lihakombinaat, part of Finnish pig procesing company HKScan’s Baltic Group, from 2 February.She comes to the post from the position of marketing director, which she has held since November 2003.
Her duties as marketing director involved developing the business of Rakvere. Before coming to Rakvere, Anne Mere worked for Austria Tabak Estonia and Unilever Estonia.
Current Rakvere Lihakombinaat managing director Olle Horm will take up the post of managing director at Skanska EMV in February.
Rakvere Lihakombinaat is part of the HKScan Group and the largest food company in the Baltics. It consists of the Estonian Ekseko, the Latvian Rigas Miesnieks and the Lithuanian Klaipedos Maisto Mesos Produktai. The companies have a combined workforce of 1200.
