UK - ‘Gone fishing’ signs were out in force for customers of JSR, the pig genetics company, when they set sail from Bridlington Harbour on 2nd July on their keenly anticipated annual fishing trip.
Due to its popularity, places on the trip were over-subscribed and despite a mini epidemic of sea-sickness among the 17 customers, the day was the most successful ever.

First catch of the day went to Dean Hullah and at one point anglers were landing 3–4 mackerel at a time.
Peter Firth, owner of the boat, and his assistant Bob who, before retiring used to manage a pig farm, made sure everyone enjoyed their day.
Finally, with choppy seas and upset stomachs behind them, the trip ended in fitting style - with fish and chips!
