RUSSIA - The Russian government announced Resolution #828 on November 7, 2008 that establishes beef, pork and poultry import volumes and custom duty rates applicable to in-quota and out-of-quota imports for 2009. The main portion of the meat import quota will be distributed between importers of meat products from 2005-2007.
