Print This Page Food Labeling Extended to Pork
SOUTH KOREA - All restaurants serving chicken, pork and Kimchi should make public the origin of their ingredients from Monday.The Ministry for Food, Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries said Sunday that all restaurants or catering companies using such ingredients are subject to the rule, with a grace period of up to six months.
According to The Korea Times, the labeling rule for rice and beef is already in effect.
