Professor Peter English Passes Away

UK - The unexpected death has been reported of Professor Peter English.
Professor English was a previous David Black award winner (in 1984) and sat on the Farm Animal Welfare Council until 2007.
"He was a stalwart of practical research in agriculture, animal welfare and training," said NPA's Dr Zoe Davies.
"He was heavily involved in developing the CD training package for stock people that was produced by the MLC as was. He will be a huge loss to the academic community and to those in the industry who knew him."
