2009 International PRRS Symposium Announced
US - The 2009 International PRRS Symposium Molecular, Immunological, Genetic and Epidemiological Approaches for PRRSV Control will be held on 4 to 5 December 2009 at the downtown Marriott in Chicago.The symposium will precede the Conference of Researcher Workers in Animal Diseases (CRWAD).
The topics for this year's programme include epidemiology, heterogeneity and evolution of PRRSV, virus-host interaction and pathogenesis, structural and functional relationship of PRRSV genes, vaccine and immunity against PRRSV.
There is no cost for registration and lunch will be provided on 5 December.
Deadline for abstract submissions is 25 August 2009.
Online registration information, details for abstract submission and instructions, program updates, and a copy of the 2005-2008 Symposium proceedings including abstracts can be found at the Symposium website.
Anyone requiring visas are encouraged to register as early as possible so visa letters can be processed.
