Consumers Shown How to Love Pork More

UK - Celebrity Master chef winner, Liz McClarnon, teamed up with BPEX's Love Pork campaign to teach people how to cook pork properly. Her tour of the major cities of England clocked up 29 regional radio station interviews and 17 press articles.

"Since working with Love Pork, I have learned a lot – the first thing being just how easy pork is to cook. In a nutshell, simply don’t overcook it," she said.

In addition to holding exclusive cookery demonstrations, Liz partnered with Love Pork on a new recipe compilation, "Liz McClarnon’s Autumn Pork Collection".

Her recipes include Spicy Pork Pumpkin, Rolled Shoulder of Pork Stuffed with Pork Sausage, Plums and Rosemary, Mini Pork and Pear Pies, and Pork Chops Topped with Bramley Apple and Cheddar Cheese.
