D&S Fleisch Acquisition by Danish Crown Approved
06 January 2011EU - The European Commission has granted clearance under the EU Merger Regulation to the acquisition of D&S Fleisch of Germany by Danish Crown of Denmark.
Danish Crown is a cooperative slaughterhouse company active in the slaughtering of pigs and cattle, meat processing and meat trading.
D&S Fleisch is a slaughterhouse company active in the pig meat segment.
The operation was examined under the simplified merger review procedure.
