Pork Belly is Favourite Dish in South Korea
25 October 2011SOUTH KOREA - Foreign visitors chose samgyeopsal, or grilled pork belly, as their favourite Korean food, according to a new survey.
Yonhap reports that, according to the online survey of 1,984 foreigners who have visited the country, 558 respondents, or 28.1 per cent, said they prefer samgyeopsal the most. Grilled at the table, it can be wrapped in lettuce with a mixture of sesame oil and salt or red soy paste dip.
