RUSSIA - The Russian veterinary authorities have reported an outbreak of African swine fever in Volgogradskaya Oblast.
The World Organisation for Animal Health (OIE) received follow-up report no. 78 yesterday, 8 February.
Two cases were reported in wild boar, and both animals were destroyed.
The source of the outbreak remains inconclusive and is investigation is ongoing.
