New Staff Induction

UK - A staff induction plan helps new employees on a pig unit understand their responsibilities clearly – both what they are and are not required to do. It helps new starters to settle in quickly and work confidently and efficiently.
Induction plans can include basic training on the unit’s:
- standard operating procedures for key tasks
- medicine use
- health and safety issues
Plus, the basics of meeting the team and
discussing how the overall business
operates.

template for pig producers.
