New Outbreak of African Swine Fever in the Tver Region

RUSSIA - Another outbreak of African Swine Fever (ASF) has been reported in the Tver region.

The Russian Scientific Research Institute of Veterinary Virology and Microbiology announced the outbreak after studies of pathological material confirmed ASF.

The pig was from a private farm in the village of Dulovskoe, in the Rameshkovskogo District, Tver Region.

Measures and restrictions have been applied at the site to try and contain and prevent the further spread of infection.
