RUSSIA - Two new outbreaks of African swine Fever (ASF) have been reported in Russia's Kuban region.

The two outbreaks were reported in domestic pigs in the Temryuk district at the pig farm "Pavlovskaya Sloboda" and one in a private farm.

In "Pavlovskaya Sloboda", the farm contained 22 pigs.

Smallholdings in the Temryuk district contain around 948 pigs.

At the outbreak of the disease, steps are being taken to contain and prevent further spread of infection.
