Composts, Digestates Unsuitable as Bedding
UK - The Animal Health and Veterinary Laboratories Agency (AHVLA) is warning farmers not to use compost and anaerobic digestion residues (digestates) produced at plants approved under the Animal By-Product (ABP) Regulations as bedding materials for livestock.
