Learn More about Breed+3 with BPEX05 November 2013
UK - Pig producers are being encouraged by BPEX to register for one of its Breed+3 events during November.
BPEX’s regional events kick off next week in Newbury and Kidderminster. Producers, managers and stockmen are all invited to attend and can book places online at www.bpex.org.uk/events or call 0247 647 8792.
Derbyshire pig producer, Martin Barker, will be reporting on how the PigSafe farrowing system has been working in practice, as part of the programme in Newbury on Wednesday 13 November.
While Lincolnshire pig unit manager, Sam Gillot, will discuss computerised ab lib sow feeding at the Kidderminster event on Thursday 14 November, along with Grant Walling of JSR and production manager, Nigel Pritchard, who will be sharing how they get the most out of their sows and gilts.
The four dates and locations for the BPEX Breed+3 Regional Events are:
- 13 November – Newbury Rugby Club
- 14 November – The Granary, Kidderminster
- 19 November – Wetherby Racecourse
- 20 November – Diss Rugby Club
