Hog Outlook: High Amounts of Pork in Cold Storage
US - There were 669 million pounds of pork in cold storage at the end of March. That is the third most for any month, ever. But, it is 2.6 per cent less than the month before and thus encouraging news, write Ron Plain and Scott Brown, University of Missouri.
