More Outbreaks of African Swine Fever Found in Latvia

LATVIA - There have been 13 more outbreaks of African Swine Fever in Latvia.

There were 14 cases of the disease in wild boar, of which eight died and six were destroyed.

There was also one outbreak in a backyard swine operation in Ainazu parish, Salacgrivas county.

One pig died in a group of eight, and the other seven pigs were destroyed to prevent the disease spreading.
