Job Description

Pig Manager (multi site), Reporting to General Manager and Senior Management

Hands on management of all pig operations

Key responsibilities of the role:

• Day to day operations
• Supervision of staff
• Management of general health
• Selection of animals to slaughter
• Supervision of computer feeding and ventilation systems
• Record keeping
• Supervision of two finishing units in the UK
