Why attend the IV International Forum

The PorkExpo 2008 IV International Forum of Suinocultura will be held at the Embratel Convention Center, Curitiba, Parana, from 30 September to 02 October. The main theme of the event is: "The Production of Pigs in the second decade of XXI century (2010 - 2020). "

The forum will be split into 2 sections: Seminars and Technical Expertise, where each delegate will be able to participate in their own area of special interest, coupled with "general seminars", whose interests are common to all participants.

Over the 3 days of the previous event in 2006, more than 16,500 visitors and more than 2,550 congressmen from over 42 countries attended, making the show the largest pig industry event if Latin America.

More than 50 renowned international experts will present papers the covering the latest information and technology in animal welfare, genetics, nutrition, management, and industrialization of slaughter pigs.
