Breeding Stock - Arrival at the Farm
(45) The following precautions should be followed when stock arrives at the farm:- Off load pigs as far away as possible.
- Do not off load via a loading ramp.
- Do not allow farm contact with any part of the lorry.
- Once an animal has left the lorry it cannot be returned.
- On arrival change into overalls and boots and disinfect.
- Reverse prior to leaving.
