Energy savings up to 75%

For many years, Fancom has invested in the development of energy efficient ventilation systems for pig and poultry houses. The latest development, the I-fan, represents a valuable contribution to Fancom's ventilation concepts such as MTT, Combi ventilation, ProFlow and PowerFlow. Energy savings of up to 75% are the rule rather than the exception. The I-fan has a diameter of 80 cm and is available in modular and complete versions. The capacity is 20,460 m3/h at 0Pa. (18,800 m3/h at 30 Pa). In the course of this year, other diameters will also be available.

Durable, well controllable and virtually silent

The remarkable energy savings that can be achieved using Fancom ventilation systems are thanks to the I-fans, fans with energy efficient motors that produce less heat and therefore waste less energy. Fancom has incorporated this new technology in a completely new fan. The new fan is derived from the existing concept of Fancom fans. As well as exceptionally low energy consumption, the I-fan features excellent controllability, low noise production levels and extreme durability. The results are amazing.... Using the I-fan in Fancom ventilation concepts means you can benefit from energy savings of up to 75%. Even compared to the currently used energy efficient systems with frequency control, energy savings of 15% are feasible. The extra investment can be earned back within the space of just one to two years.

Simple installation

Another new feature of the I-fan is the connection possibility via Greenlink®, Fancom’s communication network in the house. This makes installing the system considerably cheaper and reduces the risk of errors. The network connection also ensures reliable feedback to the controllers. Users can be certain that the values in the control computer are also the actual values in the house.
