Hog farmers to hold convention, exhibit
24 January 2007PHILIPPINES - The National Federation of Hog Farmers Inc. (NFHFI) will hold its 16th Annual Convention and Trade Exhibits on April 12-14, at the SM Mega Trade Hall, Mandaluyong City, said NFHFI President Albert R.T. Lim Jr.
The convention will see the gathering of hog farmers (commercial and backyard) from all over Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao while the trade exhibits will feature the latest technology, service and product displays from local and international manufacturers of automation equipments, feeds and veterinary products.
Another highlight of the event is the series of seminars on modern swine production and eradication of common swine diseases.
Establish by the late Nemesio Co. in 1990, the National Federation of Hog Farmers Inc. is non-stock and non-profit and is the umbrella organization of 46 hog farmers associations all over Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao.
