Kabankalan hog raisers get feeds, gilts from PVO

The feed and gilts were recently handed over by the PVO, headed by Dr. Renante Decena, to the hog raisers in Kabankalan in the presence of Mayor Pedro Zayco, Vice-Mayor Delia Anacan and Councilors Ricardo Regalia Jr. and Mamerto Mayoga.

The associations are from barangays Hilamonan, Daan Banwa, Binicuil, Orong, Oringao, Tagucon, Camingawan, Linao, Salong, Tapi, Tabugon, and Magballo, the press release said.

Kabankalan City has the most number of hog raisers associations in the province and has a good standing in terms of hog marketing. The Feeds for Pig Project aims to support the backyard hog raisers.
