EU Pig Prices: Price Stability Due to Upward Trend

EU - This week, due to a balance in demand-and-supply, stability in prices is expected.
The corrected quotations in Europe at present are somewhat different. In some countries, for instance in Belgium, the Netherlands and Germany, price increases could be implemented from a corrected 2 to 3 cents.
Other countries, however, see unchanged prices (namely Denmark and Spain). Even price reductions of corrected 5 cents from Poland has been announced.
After the recovery of its domestic business, prices rose in the German market to corrected 1.78 EUR/kg SG. Likewise, the Netherlands price was corrected to 3 cents. The French and Belgian prices could register easy price increases. For the sixth time in a row, as mentioned earlier, there have been no changes for the Spaniards.
Trend: After the rise of pig prices last Friday, this week hopes to see stability in the European markets. The offered pigs are briskly decreasing from the inquiring side.
