Total Red Meat Production Below Previous Year
US - Commercial red meat production for the United States totaled 3.87 billion pounds in November, down 10 per cent from the 4.30 billion pounds produced in November 2007, reports the National Agricultural Statistics Service (NASS), in the October 2008 Livestock Slaughter report.
