SafePork Conference to be Held in Québec

CANADA - The 8th International Symposium on the Epidemiology and Control of Foodborne Pathogens in Pork will take place in Québec City from 30 September to 2 October 2009.

The event will be attended by over 250 world-leading food safety scientists and pork specialists, sharing the most recent scientific and practical knowledge on this topic.

As well as the regular scientific activities, the organisers are offering very interesting specialized workshops as well as numerous pleasant social events for the participants and accompanying persons.
