Print This Page OIE Reports New ASF Outbreak in Russia
RUSSIA - The Russian veterinary authorities have reported a new case of African Swine Fever (ASF).
The World Organisation for Animal Health (OIE) received Follow-up Report No.10 on 19 November 2009. The latest outbreak was confirmed on 16 November.
The source of the outbreak is still under investigation.
According to the report, swine in the Rostovskaya region have been affected by the latest outbreak.
