November Red Meat Production Above Last Year
US - Commercial red meat production for the United States totaled 3.96 billion pounds in November, up two per cent from the 3.87 billion pounds produced in November 2008, according to the USDA's National Agricultural Statistics Service (NASS) in their monthly Livestock Slaughter report.
