Print This Page Russia Reports One New Outbreak of ASF
RUSSIA - Three new cases of African swine fever (ASF) has been reported to break out in Krasnodar Kray.
The Russian veterinary authorities sent Follow-up report no. 17 to the World Organisation for Animal Health (OIE) on 18 February 2010.
According to the report, the outbreak occured in swine at a farm in Alexeyevsky, Krasnodar Kray.
The OIE report that three cases were detected while 45 of the animals showed susceptibility to the disease.
