Joint Note Published on Human-Animal Health Risks

FRANCE – The OIE, FAO and WHO decided to describe in details the modalities of their collaboration in addressing health risks at the human-animal ecosystems interfaces.
To this effect, a Concept Note – entitled 'Sharing responsibilities and coordinating global activities to address health risks at the human-animal ecosystems interfaces' – has been developed by the three organisations and distributed during the International Ministerial Conference on Animal and Pandemic Influenza held in Hanoi, Vietnam (on 19 to 21 April 2010).
