Commercial Red Meat Production Up from Last Year
US - Commercial red meat production for the US totaled 3.91 billion pounds in May, up 5 per cent from the 3.73 billion pounds produced in May 2010, according to the USDA's National Agricultural Statistics Service (NASS).
