IPPC Factsheet Amended

UK - The Environment Agency has updated its compliance assessment factsheet.
The revised factsheet explains the link between Compliance Classification Scheme (CCS) scores and subsistence charges. It has been amended to take account of the reduction in points awarded to a Category 4 breach and the subsequent changes to the charging bands.
It also reminds farms not in an accreditation scheme that the CCS points accrued during 2010 will influence their subsistence charge for 2011/12.
