Another Outbreak of ASF Confirmed in Russia

RUSSIA - The Russian veterinary authorities have discovered yet another outbreak of African swine fever in Krasnodar Krai.
The World Organisation for Animal Health (OIE) received follow-up report no. 67 yesterday, 12 October.
A total of 57 animals showed signs of susceptibility, out of which five cases were reported. No deaths were recorded. However, all 57 animals were destroyed.
The source of the outbreaks remains inconclusive and an investigation is ongoing.
